ACCURATE TOUCH
Refine the Precision, Perception and Depth of Your Functional Integration® Skills.
September 17–23, 2025
with Jeff Haller, Candy Conino and Andrew Gibbons
Open to Feldenkrais practitioners and trainees

The most effective Feldenkrais Practitioners use touch not only as a technique, but as a gateway to perception, potential, and trust. Skilled touch is our most direct form of sensation and communication. It crosses the threshold from information to embodiment, helps us ask clearer questions, sense what’s needed, and shape the feedback that sparks real, lasting change for both practitioner and client. It’s how clients rediscover their sense of curiosity and optimism—and why they return to invest in it.
This immersive retreat will deepen your skill and transform your touch in Functional Integration lessons, developing the clarity and confidence that support a thriving practice.

ANTI-FRAGILE WALKING
The principles and patterns that support integrity and longevity.
September 19–21, 2025
with Andrew Gibbons
Open to all!
|
|
|
Most of us walk with unconscious habits etched over a lifetime—patterns that strain our joints, reduce our balance, and slowly narrow our world. But with careful study and gentle practice, you can transform walking from an unconscious behavior into a personal foundation of strength, coordination, and confidence.
This immersive weekend retreat uses Awareness Through Movement® lessons and some essential anatomy to reawaken the intelligence of your stride. You’ll uncover the small changes that lead to major improvements—not by working harder, but by coordinating with more support, smoother timing and physical integrity.

About Potash Hill
Nestled in the southern Vermont town of Marlboro, Potash Hill is a lovely 560–acre rural property with early 19th century farmhouses and modern buildings, expansive views, forests and hiking trails. The accommodations offer the comforts of home in a beautiful rural setting, with a menu celebrating the rich bounty of local farms and features organic ingredients.
Unlike a commuter-style workshop, the retreats offer us a special environment to go deeper in our work. The peaceful surroundings and shared meals create a calm, sustained focus to connect with our colleagues and peers, with plenty of time for informal practice and after-hours conversation that are invaluable for growth. And the mid-September temperatures are perfect for walks on the gorgeous campus and its many trails!
