Carve out time for yourself this summer, with five days of deep, nervous-system-first learning.

Led by Jeff Haller, PhD (who studied directly with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais), this online "summer camp" is a space to step away from the daily grind and explore movement from the inside out. We won’t be pushing, straining, or trying to "fix" anything. Instead, we’ll use gentle, intelligent movement experiments to help you find true physical integrity, ease of coordination, and a deeper sense of self-authority.

Whether you are new to the Feldenkrais Method, a long-time mover, or a professional practitioner, you can start exactly where you are.

Sessions will be taught live online via the Feldenkrais First app/website. App subscribers receive discounted tuition; open to non-subscribers. All participants receive access to the session recordings via the app.
